Music Spots (NGS)

Music spots (unofficially titled) are various locations across Halpha where music tracks from current and previous Phantasy Star games will play if standing on them.

Aelio

"The World Beyond the Sky"

Description: Located on Aelio's highest peak. Navigate up the tallest mountain with the giant hole through it.

"The whole new world"

Description: Cafe in the west of town behind Item Trader, rotates between several tracks

"Palma"

Description: Located in a camp northwest of Halpha Grassland: West on a cliffside, close to the lower slopes of Mt. Mahina Pari, and overlooking the swamp.

"Mother Earth Of Dishonesty ~Part 1~"

Location: Resol Forest
Description: Located in the upper branches of a large tree. From the Resol Forest Ryuker Device, cross the river and head east until you find a large tree whose roots form an archway, with an Updrafter near it. Climb the tree until you reach the crown of branches at the top; the music spot is at the end of the north-eastern branch.

"Desolate Wilds"

Location: Southern Aelio
Description: Located on top of the "Aero Runner" Tower. Teleport or climb to the "Wild Rush" Cocoon, then glide down to the top of the Tower.

Retem

"The World Beyond the Sky"

Location: Luf Maqaad
Description: Located at Retem's highest peak. Stand atop the brim of the giant pit leading into Lower Maqaad. Note that the music spot is large and oddly shaped, incorporating some but not all of the large rocks, but also some empty space between rocks, and the air directly over the pit.

"Motavia"

Location: Central Retem
Description: Located atop Trinitas. Use an Updrafter located to the north of Trinitas to gain enough height and glide to the platform at the very peak of the pyramid. It has four platforms around it that only come into view when you get very close, so don't panic if you think you're going to barely miss it.

"Dagora City-Moatoob"

Description: Located at Retem City's highest point. Stand on the pointy end of the structure that follows the city's 'spine'.

"Floating Facility Probe - Wopal"

Description: Located at the small plateau with a number of thin, tall trees, overlooking the western end of the beach.

"Cauldron Probe - Amduskia (Calm)"

Location: Northern Retem
Description: Located at the western end of the canyon, where a section of platforms sticks out to the north, on the ground underneath the platforms at the top end. The minimap will show two hexagons joined together. Near the Dread Lysentos spawn.

"Moatoob"

Location: Northern Retem
Description: Located at the top of a rocky spire overlooking Trinitas. Head straight north from Trinitas, using the Updrafter to ascend before crossing into Northern Retem. Climb to the peak of the rocky spire that has the "Narrow Cage" Cocoon at its foot.

"Galenigare Mine"

Location: Lower Maqaad
Description: Located at the top of the main reactor building in Lower Maqaad. Teleport to the Lower Maqaad Ryuker Device, then head straight forwards, using Updrafters to reach the top of the cylindrical tower that pulses with an orange glow.

Kvaris

"The World Beyond the Sky"

Location: Northern Kvaris
Description: Located at Kvaris' highest peak. Teleport to the Mt. Latva: North Ryuker Device in Northern Kvaris, and climb to the top of the mountain.

"Frozen Tundra (Calm)"

Location: Southern Kvaris
Description: Located at the bottom of the cliff near the Cocoon "Crazy Tail". There is a small orchard of fruit trees below the Cocoon. Four of them form a square, and the music spot is in the center of the square.

"Frozen Tundra (Battle)"

Location: Bergana Ruins
Description: Located atop the large ice spire in the center of the ruins. Teleport to Bergana Ruins: South's Ryuker Device and scale the giant ice spire ahead of you to the top.

"Clyez Linear Line"

Location: Lost Central
Description: Located in between the top of Lost Central's Tower. Teleport to Lost Central's Ryuker Device and float to the top on one of the Updrafters near the Tower, then climb inside between the two spires.

"Flowing"

Location: Rayjord Gorge
Description: Located at the southern tip of Rayjord Gorge, next to an Updrafter. Teleport to Rayjord Gorge's Ryuker Device, then take a left and run past the Updrafter. The music spot is in the little nook. Note: You will take Frost damage standing there.

"Leaving Flow"

Location: Rayjord Gorge
Description: Located at the northern part of Rayjord Gorge in the Ancient's cave. Teleport to the Bergana Ruins: North Ryuker Device then take a right, off the right side of the bridge is a cave on the other side of the gorge. Enter the cave & run to the far back to hear it. Note: You will take Frost damage & healing from Resta Signs is also reduced in there.

"Valentines (PSO)"

Location: Central Kvaris
Description: Located off of the northern cliff of Central Kvaris, on the tip of a short, fat ice spike. Teleport to Mistra Forest: North Ryuker Device then head northeast down the hill, until you reach the cliff's edge. If you look down below, you will see a number of large ice spikes jutting out of the bottom of the cliff. The music spot is on the tip of the northernmost spike.

"Snowstorm"

Location: Western Kvaris
Description: Located at the tip of a cliff. Teleport to the Mt Ihana: West Ryuker Device, look out to sea, then look to your left and glide to the closest cliff. The music spot is on the very tip, overlooking the water.

"Dezoris"

Description: Located on a pair of rocks at the base of the north-western cliffs. Teleport to Mt. Latva and head to the very north-western corner of the region, gliding down the cliffs. The music spot is on a pair of joined snowy rocks with several birds standing on them and an Updrafter.

Stia

Description: Located on the high rocks around the central gorge, near the entrance to Dreisen Plant. Climb to the top of the rocks on the eastern side of the gorge, directly across from the area where the Dread Volt Remnus spawns.

"Silent Zone ~ Musik"

Location: Stia Fringes: Strobol Island
Description: Located on top of a rocky overhang. Teleport to the Invincible Regional Mag, then climb the highest rock formation, the one which partially extends over the hot springs like a roof. The spot is at the top, where a group of birds are resting.

"Skyscape Probe - Amduskia"
