Description	This Trainia will test ARKS' combat skills. Follow the instructions to practice your abilities, and reach the target point.

This cocoon is found north of Central City at location E-4, and tasks you with completing a training course. Using movement techniques and your weapon, you must destroy targets, collect Point Cubes and traverse the terrain with your Photon Dash and Photon Glide.
At the end of the course, you use your Photon Blast to destroy a target. After doing this, the Finish Line is unlocked.

This Cocoon, found west of Central City in the Halpha Grasslands at location C-5, asks you to defeat a lone Pedas Sword. On the back of its neck is a Enhancer that reduces damage taken by the Pedas Sword. Once the Enhancer is broken, the shield is removed, and the Pedas Sword will take regular damage.

This Cocoon found between Alto Lani Plateau and Halpha Marshlands at location C-3 contains a platforming challenge consisting of platforms suspended over a bottomless pit. By Photon Dashing, you can extend the reach of your jumps.
