New Genesis: Battledia Quests
Battledia Quests are a type of quest accessed by using a Trigger Portal that appear on your World Map as pink icons (
). Those quests are Multi Party quests in Virtual Environment, during which the objective will differ depending on quest sub-type.
Five Battle Trigger items of the same type are required to start a Battledia Quest. These Battle Trigger items rarely drop from enemies, and can be bought from other players via the My Shop feature.
Should you die in those quests, a 5 second automatic revival will occur. Halfdolls/Scapedolls are disabled.
There are 2 sub-types, Battledia: Yellow and Battledia Purple. Historically, there was a type known as Battledia: Variable, a precursor to Limited Time Quests.
Battledia: Yellow
The objective in Battledia: Yellow is to reach the final area and defeat the target enemy that is there, within 20 minutes. The enemies that appear in this quest have increased EXP on top of current multipliers. In addition, experience in this quest is not corrected based on your current level - the experience will always be maximum possible.
Furthermore, bosses in this quest tend to spawn as Rare Enemies, increasing their EXP even more.
The party Leader or Subleader requires 
B.Trigger/Common Yellow ×5 to start the mission, with party members not being required to pay. However, as it is a Multi Party Quest, if the quest has multiple leaders, all of them pay the exact same amount of Triggers. The triggers will be used upon quest completion, not at the start. However, moving your triggers from inventory or Material Storage into any other Storage will force-abandon the quest!
The party Leader or Subleader will gain a Trigger buff worth +10% Experience.
While the rank doesn't matter at all, for archival purposes, the Battledia: Yellow ranks you in 2 ways:
- Incapacitations: Unlike ones in Emergency Quests, this tracks ALL of your deaths, not just you were revived by the game from. No deaths is worth 400 Points, -100 points every death
- Clear Time: Tracks your current time. Usually S rank time is 15 min and gone below that, it's worth 600 points. Anything lower is -1point per second.
As Clear Rewards, you usually get equipment in the form of 
Gold Prim Sword +20-30 and 
Gold Prim Armor +20-30 as well as one capsule. On higher ranks, the rewards include rare 
C/Domina capsules, allowing you to get them without having to farm in Exploration Sections.
However, please note that this quest does not drop any other items other then ones in clear rewards. Therefore, using Rare Drop Rate/Meseta boosters will not work.

Battledia: Purple
Battledia: Purple are high difficulty quests. Players are tasked to fight five Gigantix bosses, 3 medium-class and 2 large-class, back-to-back within 20 minutes. Some of these enemies are bosses that do not appear as Gigantix in the field. To make the quest easier to clear, all bosses have reduced HP, the amount of which is determined from quest to quest. Defeating all bosses solo at the level of current Exploration Section Gigantix is an extreme challenge.
You will have limited opportunities to refill your Resta Signs and Reverser Signs during this quest type, they will appear only after defeating the boss and you will only get 5 Resta Signs and 1 Reverser Sign. This will not accumulate, as any Signs not picked up are lost when an enemy is defeated.
The party Leader or Subleader requires B.Trigger/Common Purple ×5 to start the mission, with party members not being required to pay. However, as it is a Multi Party Quest, if the quest has multiple leaders, all of them pay the exact same amount of Triggers. The triggers will be used upon quest completion, not at the start. However, moving your triggers from inventory or Material Storage into any other Storage will force-abandon the quest!
The party Leader or Subleader will gain a Trigger buff worth +10% Experience as well as +25% Rare Drop Rate.
Defeat all 5 Gigantix before time runs out and you will not only clear the quest but guarantee yourself S rank for doing so (unless you were incapacitated when the enemy was defeated, as ranks are tracked via Enemy Defeat Ranking)! Failing to do so will end the quest prematurely and award you the drops and rank up until that point. Defeating 4 bosses is worth A rank, Defeating 2-3 is worth B rank, and anything lower is C rank.
Drops include all Gigantix based drops for that level (more information on Gigantix page), along with a chance for rare items such as 
Special Scratch Ticket, 
Weapon Camos and 
Motion Tickets.

Bosses marked in cursive are bosses that, unless Limited Time Event switches things around, will not appear as Gigantix in Exploration Sections. Recon Gigantix-only bosses will also be marked as such.

Battledia: Variable
Blue Portals were special Trigger Portals that are only active during certain time periods in all ARKS Bases. They were prototypes of Limited Time Quests and therefore behave far more like one then actual Battledia. All details have been moved to Limited Time Quest page.
