Summoner Summoner Pet Pets Candy Pet Candy

A class that fights by summoning pets. They demonstrate a wide range of strengths though.

Class Weapon Overview

Tacts

A small baton used to control Pets. Unlike most other weapons, Tacts bear several unique properties. Tacts are largely useless as actual weapons, only capable of inflicting a pitifully weak Striking attack in point-blank range that restores no PP. Instead, Pets are bound to Tacts and are summoned while your Tact is out. Pets take the place of weaponry for Summoner, armed with their own Photon Arts and attacks as well.

Gunslash

These are universal weapons for all classes, which can switch between striking attacks that scale off of S-ATK S-Atk and shooting attacks that scale off of R-ATK R-Atk.

Pet Overview

Summoner is capable of binding Pets, creatures that the Summoner commands to battle, to their Tacts as their primary method of combat.

Wanda/Jinga

A wolf/dog-like Pet that specializes in area-of-effect damage. Hits far and wide with a plethora of Photon Arts, capable of taking down large crowds of enemies in short time. A Wanda can evolve to Jinga if the proper Egg is acquired.

Trim/Aero

A falcon-like Pet that specializes in single target combat. Possesses significantly lower HP than other Pets, making it rather fragile, but has extremely high-powered Photon Arts that are capable of decimating enemies. A Trim can evolve to an Aero if the proper Egg is acquired.

Cery/Popple

A Pet that specializes in ranged attack and support. Typically stays next to the player while firing off round after round of distanced Arts that can cover a wide variety of functions. A Cery can evolve to a Popple if the proper Egg is acquired.

Maron

A Pet armed with a self-destruct gimmick. Unlike its counterpart, Melon, Maron has very high HP but pitifully low defenses. While it possesses weaker clones of Photon Arts possessed by Wanda, Trim, and Cery, its main claim to fame is the Photon Art Maron Break. By being struck by enemy attacks, Maron will grow in size until it starts blinking with flames spewing from it. By using Maron Break, the player will throw Maron at enemies, dealing unimaginably high damage with a blast radius while knocking out Maron. The larger Maron's size, the more damage one can inflict with Maron Break.

Melon

A Pet armed with a self-destruct gimmick. Unlike its counterpart, Maron, Melon has very high defenses but pitifully low HP. It too possesses weaker clones of Photon Arts learnt by Wanda, Trim, and Cery, but its main claim to fame is the Photon Art Melon Break. By being struck by enemy attacks, Melon will grow in size until it starts blinking with flames spewing from it. By using Melon Break, the player will throw Melon at enemies, dealing substantial damage with a blast radius. With proper timing, Melon Break can be chained repeatedly, multiplying in damage with each successive Melon Break. When the chain is broken, Melon will become knocked out. The larger Melon's size, the more damage one can inflict with Melon Break.

Viola

A purple dog-like Pet that wields a transformation gimmick. It is similar in function to Wanda and Jinga, possessing strong crowd control Photon Arts that hit in a wide radius. Viola's specialty is the use of its Awakened State. While outside of Awakening, Viola's PP regeneration is normal, but its attacks are relatively weak. By entering Awakening with a Photon Art, Viola will sprout large glowing wings, and its PP recovery will be vastly inhibited while the damage of its Photon Arts skyrockets. Balancing between the two states is key to mastering Viola.

Shinkuro

A humanoid Pet that resembles a kitsune. It is primarily a single-target attacker, striking with powerful, fast melee attacks. Its gimmick is the use of a Tech Arts-like mechanic in which alternating between different Photon Arts in a chain will cause Shinkuro to build up power. When Shinkuro has reached maximum power, using the Photon Art Shinkuro Geki will unleash this power in a shoulder tackle, dealing massive damage to close-range targets.

Redran

A small dragon-like Pet. Redran's power lies in its use of projectiles; it is the only Pet that doesn't stray away from the player, and thus has no recall Art. It instead specializes in blasting foes from your position with highly-lethal ranged Arts, such as the infamous Redran Burst.

Rappy

A Rappy Pet. A well-rounded Pet that covers multiple bases with its plethora of attack and support-based Photon Arts.
