A remake of the launcher "Photon Launcher" from Phantasy Star Online. In PSO, its special attack could paralyze enemies, which is referenced by the weapon always dropping with Shock I. Unlike in PSO, the piece on top of the barrel does not move when firing.
When upgraded to +10, awards the title Steady Cannoneer.
