This weapon's Potential Inflict fixed 90HP of damage when using a PA or a Tech. if the player has less than 90HP when the effect activates the player will be left with 1 HP instead. if the player has 1HP when the effect activates the player will take no damage instead. it is possible for players to self inflict damage to accumulate photon charge during a quest. but no charges will be accumulated before the start of the quests.
