Usage

Exact name of the personality should be placed within the template, otherwise it will answer the value is not defined in the tooltip.

Example: {{#simple-tooltip: Lv.1: Increase Power by 4% when the Weather is Clear. Does not take effect on maps with no weather.
Lv.2: Increase Power by 6% when the Weather is Clear. Does not take effect on maps with no weather.
Lv.3: Increase Power by 8% when the Weather is Clear. Does not take effect on maps with no weather.
Lv.4: Increase Power by 10% when the Weather is Clear. Does not take effect on maps with no weather.
Lv.5: Increase Power by 12% when the Weather is Clear. Does not take effect on maps with no weather.
