This weapon's Potential has the following effects:
- Increase damage dealt.
- When wielded by a Hero, successfully dodging an attack that would have struck you releases a blast of energy that strikes an area surrounding you for 1000% potency. The effect of this Potential is considered separate that of Hero Counter, allowing Hero Counter to be performed normally.
