Solo Training: Heaven and Hell is an Extreme Quest. It costs one Extreme Pass to play a set of five stages.

Quest Restrictions

This Quest has a maximum player capacity of 1.
This Quest can be cleared 5 times per week. This counter resets after weekly maintenance.
The player's Main Class must be at least Level 75.
This Extreme Quest has 10 Stages.

2	Knight Gear Dragon Ex Gigur Gunne-gam	Defeat three enemies from the front!							Enemies spawn in the order listed after the previous one is defeated.
3	Doublune Doublunda Nove Ringadarl Aginis Diabo Igrithys	Break three Diabo Igrythys parts!							Nove Ringadarl spawns when all Doublundas and Doublunes are killed. Diabo Igrithys spawns when all Aginis are killed.
4	Bonta Bearadda Oro-ogar Bonta Bakuta	Defeat 5 Bonta Bearadda by striking their weak points!
5	Love Rappy Lovey Rappy Egg Rappy Summer Rappy Latan Rappy St. Rappy Gryphon Gels	Defeat a Summer Rappy in 30 seconds!							Summer Rappy only spawns after some of the other rappies are killed.

7	Winged: Solda Kapita Deue Solda Decol Malluda Loser Doppelganger Falz Angel Aquatic: Cyclonehda Wolgahda Elder Doppelganger Falz Hunar Insect: El Ahda Predicahda Apprentice Doppelganger	Don't become incapacitated one time!							When all members of an enemy type are killed, the next in line from that type spawns (e.g. when all Cyclonehdas are killed, Wolgahda spawns)
8	Monkey: Oodan Za Oodan Rockbear Geragodan Bayaribbles Wolves: Gulf Fangulf Zugruff Snow Banther Snow Banshee Falke Leone Vlima Leopard Elephant: Malmoth Jarmagles	Don't heal for 60 seconds!							When all members of an enemy type are killed, the next in line from that type spawns (e.g. when all Gulfs are killed, Fangulfs spawn). Vlima Leopard spawns 10 seconds after Falke Leone.
9	Persona (Sword) Matoi Viel	Don't take damage for 60 seconds!
10	Regius Huey Claris Claes Casra Anga Fundarge Dio Hunar Profound Darkness	Defeat one Profound Darkness from the front!							Anga Fundarge spawns when all 4 ARKS are killed. Dio Hunar spawns after some time has passed since Anga Fundarge spawned. Profound Darkness spawns when Dio Hunar is killed. The Profound Darkness faced here is the Persona looking version used during the solo part on the second to last stage of the Profound Darkness fight in the Emergency Quest: Perennial Apocalypse.
