This weapon's Potential has the following effects:
- Normal attack motion is reduced to 75% (speed is increased by ~1.33x) and all hitstop is negated.
- Performing a normal combo finisher fires a Striking-type shockwave (Power 600%/700%/900%) that scales with S-ATK.
  - Shockwave restores 10PP when hitting an enemy.
  - Affected by Just Attacks as well as JA combo Up,
  - Unaffected by Wand Lovers but affected by Wand Reactor.
  - Using the Photon Art "Heavy Hammer" fires a modified shockwave whose power scales with the charge level of the Photon Art.
Originally appeared as a Saber in Phantasy Star Online. Its Potential is a reference to its Special Attack in PSO, which enabled the weapon to fire shockwaves.
