Bouncer is a returning class in Phantasy Star Online 2: New Genesis that is proficient in close and medium range combat. Highly mobile and skilled at aerial combat, it specializes in increased Physical and Elemental Down capabilities.

Class Weapon Overview

Dual Blades

Dual Blades are weapons that allow you to perform various attacks with twin blades and Photon Blades. Pressing the same Dual Blades Photon Art mid Photon Art will result in a different and stronger finisher at no additional PP cost. Photon Blades can be fired via the Weapon Action button, and with the relevant Class Skill learnt, increase the PP recovery amount when you land Normal Attacks on enemies stuck with them.

Jet Boots

Jet Boots are Technique weapons that specialize in floating combat. Holding down on Jet Boots Photon Arts will result in a different and stronger finisher for additional PP cost. Techniques, when used, imbue Jet Boots Photon Arts with an additional corresponding elemental hit per Photon Art hit with the relevant Class Skill learnt, that contributes to Barta Blot and Zonde Clad. Unlike PSO2 however, Jet Boots Normal Attacks are not imbued with additional elemental hits. Jet Boots are also unique in that they have a charged Normal Attack that gets faster with a strong finish with the relevant Class Skill learnt.

Although Jet Boots are able to cast Techniques like any other Technique weapon such as Rods, Wands and Talises, they have their peculiarities.

1 Makes it 5%/10%/15% easier to induce an Physical Down when connecting an enemy with your Photon Arts. This effect can be stacked up to three stages with each Photon Art hit connected. Main Class/Dual Blades only.

Barta Blot 1 Hitting enemies with uncharged Ice Techniques enough times engraves an Ice Crest on them. Hitting an enemy with an Ice Crest with a charged Ice Technique detonates the Ice Crest.
Zonde Clad 1 Hitting enemies with uncharged Lightning Techniques enough times puts you into an energized state. Your next charged Lightning Technique will deal more damage and remove the energized state.
Fanatic Blade 1 When activated, doubles the firing rate of Photon Blades Weapon Action to one volley every 0.5s instead of every 1s and damage of them to 120% for 15 seconds. 60 seconds cooldown and 30 seconds for initial availability. Active Skill/Dual Blades only.

1 Increases the number of steps in your Normal Attack combo to 4. Jet Boots only.
Jet Intensity 1 When an enemy is within striking range, holding down the Normal Attack button will continue the charged Normal Attack into a series of continuous strikes that gradually increases in speed on each successive hit, that finishes with a powerful downward kick after 10 seconds. There is no attack PP recovery during this attack, but natural PP recovery will occur. Jet Boots only.

1 Automatically counterattack when you successfully evade an attack with your Weapon Action. Using your Normal Attack after this counter will generate an additional counterattack. Jet Boots only.

Thrust Drive 1 Pressing the Normal Attack button on the purple flash prompt after performing a Technique will cause you to rush at the enemy. Jet Boots only.

1 When Photon Arts are used, an additional elemental explosion based on the last Technique used will occur. The explosion contributes to Barta Blot and Zonde Clad, but will not detonate them. The Technique can be casted once at any time and will prevail throughout battle and switching weapons and does not ever need to be recasted, apart from when switching maps. 1 second cooldown between elemental explosions. Jet Boots only.
Sturm Gigue 1 Built up gauge from the last 5 seconds of held Normal Attack Jet Intensity with the Class Skill learnt (10%x6+40%) or evading using Weapon Action (10% each). Step dodges do not add to the gauge. When activated, consumes the build to perform a rapid move. 20 seconds cooldown and 30 seconds for initial availability. Active Skill/Jet Boots only.
